The app adheres to all privacy rules and regulations, including GDPR. The app’s infrastructure is held in data centres in Sweden. 

  1. Website: Download the relevant forms from the Report a Claim page on your country’s AIG.com website and submitting it online .
  2. Email: Fill in the form in your welcome kit and send it to the AIG claims email address listed.  
  3. App: You can also report a claim directly in the new AIG Travel Protect App, where you will have direct access to the new First Notification of Loss (FNOL) portal.  

If you haven’t’ downloaded the AIG Travel Protect App before you will need to create a new account. To do this you will need your policy number and email address. Follow these instructions.

If you’ve used the AIG Travel Protect App before you will be able to access it immediately.
